1. About the Service

Diversely Character DNA Profile Builder ("the Service") is operated by Totalinfo Ltd, registered address: [Company address — update in Admin Settings]. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

The Service allows you to complete an interview about your communication style and receive an AI-generated Character DNA profile, system prompt, skill file, and voice guide. Each profile costs a one-time fee processed via Stripe.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required before each Character DNA profile is generated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Totalinfo Ltd never receives, stores, or has access to your payment card details.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By purchasing a Character DNA profile, you acknowledge that the AI generation process begins immediately upon payment and that the digital nature of the deliverable means it cannot be returned. This policy applies regardless of whether you download the generated outputs.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, fraud, or in violation of any applicable law.

5. Data Retention

Character DNA reports are stored for 28 days, after which the report content is automatically removed from our servers. Your interview answers are preserved so you can regenerate a report at any time (subject to payment). You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings screen. 6. Intellectual Property

Your Inputs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain any right, title, and interest in the inputs you provide to the Service (including your interview answers and any other content you submit).

Your Outputs. Totalinfo Ltd hereby assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest — if any — in the outputs generated for you (the Character DNA profile, system prompt, SKILL.md file, and voice guide). We make no claim on them and want you to enjoy full use of them as your own intellectual property.

Note on AI-generated content and copyright. There is currently a lack of legal clarity on whether copyright per se can subsist in AI-generated content. However, to the extent that any such rights do exist, they are assigned to Totalinfo Ltd under our agreement with our AI provider, and we hereby assign all such intangible assets to you. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit your outputs without restriction.

The Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, branding, and all associated intellectual property, remains the property of Totalinfo Ltd.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" by Totalinfo Ltd. The Character DNA profile is a creative analysis tool — it is not a psychological assessment, professional advice, or scientific evaluation. Totalinfo Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific profile in question.

9. Termination

Totalinfo Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings screen or by emailing diversely-support@totalinfo.net.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

Totalinfo Ltd may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Data Controller

2. What We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address — used solely for account authentication and service communications.
• Interview answers — voluntarily provided text responses about your communication style, used to generate your Character DNA profile.
• Session cookie — a single functional cookie to maintain your login session.

We do not collect your name, phone number, IP address for profiling, or any other personal identifying information beyond your email.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR:

• Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) — processing is necessary to provide the Character DNA profiling service you have purchased.
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — you provide explicit consent by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at registration and by voluntarily submitting interview answers.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — for service security, fraud prevention, and improving service quality.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Account authentication (email + hashed password).
• Generating your AI Character DNA profile from your interview answers.
• Processing one-time payments via Stripe.
• Enabling you to regenerate profiles from saved interview answers.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose other than delivering the Service.

5. Third-Party Processors

• Stripe, Inc. (payment processing) — receives your email for payment identification. Stripe handles all card data directly; Totalinfo Ltd never receives or stores your payment card details. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) — receive your first name and interview answers for personalisation and voice profile generation. No email address or other account data is shared with AI providers.

6. Data Retention

• Character DNA reports — stored for 28 days, then automatically removed.
• Interview answers — preserved until you delete your account.
• Payment records — retained for accounting and legal compliance.
• Account data — retained until you request deletion.

7. Your Rights (UK GDPR Articles 15–22)

• Right of access (Art. 15) — request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16) — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data.
• Right to restrict processing (Art. 18) — request we limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability (Art. 20) — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Automated decision-making (Art. 22) — the AI-generated voice profile is a creative tool, not an automated decision with legal effects. You may request human review of any output.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Settings screen in your dashboard. This permanently removes your email, interview answers, voice profiles, and payment records. Alternatively, email our Data Protection Officer.

9. Cookies

We use a single, strictly necessary session cookie to maintain your login session. It contains no personal data beyond a session identifier, expires after 7 days of inactivity, and cannot track you across other websites. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies (ICO guidance, PECR Regulation 6).

10. International Data Transfers

Your anonymised interview answers may be processed by AI providers with servers in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Payment data processed by Stripe may also be transferred internationally under Stripe's data protection agreements.

11. Security

• Passwords hashed using bcrypt (industry-standard one-way hashing).
• Server-side sessions with secure cookie handling.
• HTTPS encryption in transit.
• Database access restricted to the application server.

12. Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by phone: 0303 123 1113.

What is Diversely?

Diversely is an AI-powered Character DNA profiler. You answer questions about how you communicate, and our AI agent team analyses your responses to build a detailed, unique voice profile. You receive four outputs: an 8-section Character DNA profile, a ready-to-use AI system prompt, a Claude Code SKILL.md file, and a general voice guide. These let any AI write exactly like you.

Why should I use it?

Every time you use ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI tool, the output sounds generic. That is because the AI does not know your voice. Diversely fixes that. Your Character DNA profile teaches AI tools your exact tone, vocabulary, sentence rhythm, persuasion style, and storytelling instincts so every piece of AI-generated content sounds authentically you.

Who created Diversely?

Why does Totalinfo care about helping people create IP?

Intellectual property is at the heart of everything Totalinfo does. We see IP as so important that we wanted to help you create your own. That is exactly what Diversely does: the voice profile, system prompt, SKILL.md, and voice guide you generate are your computer generated works. You own them completely. We expressly disclaim any ownership over the outputs created from your inputs. We want you to have them as your intangible asset, to use however you see fit.

How was Diversely built?

Diversely is a 100% vibe-coded + Attention to detail and Persistence (VCAP) project. Every line of code was generated, refined, and deployed using AI tools with constant human direction, taste, and persistence. No traditional development team. No outside contractors. Just one person with a clear vision and the right AI tools. Generally if we did not have a tool, or a skill, we made one using AI. The code is not perfect we are sure. However, as Voltaire said, “The perfect is the enemy of the good.”

Is there a free option?

What do I get for $5?

The Individual plan gives you one complete Character DNA profile pack: the 8-section voice profile, AI system prompt, Claude Code SKILL.md, and voice guide. All four files are downloadable and yours to keep forever.

What are the Team and Enterprise plans?

The Team plan ($20) gives you 10 Character DNA profiles, perfect for small teams who want every member to have their own AI voice. The Enterprise plan ($299) gives you 500 profiles for organisations rolling out personalised AI across departments.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. Each payment grants credits that can be used at any time to generate Character DNA profiles. If a generation fails for technical reasons, your credit is automatically restored. We are a small, independent business and every purchase directly supports continued development.

How long are my outputs stored?

Your Character DNA reports are stored for 30 days, after which the content is automatically removed from our servers. Your interview answers are preserved so you can regenerate at any time (subject to having a credit). We strongly recommend downloading your outputs as soon as they are ready. Your user account persists until you choose to delete it.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. We store only your email address for authentication and communication purposes. Your character DNA answers and profiles are stored for 30 days after which they are deleted. IP quiz responses are retained by Totalinfo — we may use these in the future in aggregate for our internal customer research purposes. You may delete your account at any time. The purpose of the website is mostly lead generation for the IP Consulting services of Totalinfo Ltd. — we do not expect to generate profit from this site.

Can I use my Character DNA with any AI tool?

Yes. The system prompt works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and any AI tool that accepts a system prompt. The SKILL.md file is designed specifically for Claude Code. The voice guide is a general-purpose reference document you can share with any platform or person.

Are you looking for service providers or partnerships?
